From November 1-21, local chefs and owners serve up a menu feature for Southern Alberta to enjoy for three weeks. It’s a dish or drink, and it includes ingredients sourced from Southern Alberta.
Savour Alberta’s South: Farm to Fork Festival celebrates the abundance of local ingredients available close to home and the locals who are using them on their menus.
With local ingredients placed right onto the plate, we invite you to dive into the Farm to Fork features in Medicine Hat, Taber, Lethbridge, Fort Macleod, South Canadian Rockies, and Waterton.
If you’re seeing this outside of November 1-21, the participating restaurants often have menu items that feature local ingredients year-round. You’re bound to find a farm to fork meal during every season you’re traveling in.
A partnership between neighbours. A partnership between industries. And you get to enjoy every bite.
